Request a Return or Exchange

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To initiate the process, please contact us at info@thelittlepoets.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

National Orders (Portugal & EU)

Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions by email on how to return your item.

You may return the item by sending it directly to our studio. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

International Orders

Due to logistical limitations, exchanges are not available for international orders.

If you wish to return an item, please send us an email to info@thelittlepoets.com and we will guide you through the process.

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

If you require a different size or item, we kindly ask that you place a new order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in perfect condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Items purchased during special promotions or sales periods may be subject to different return conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at info@thelittlepoets.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the item

In these cases, THE LiTTLE POETS will cover all return shipping costs.
